  • Partner ( 50/50 ownership) with John Michael Greiner in a N495DV - Velocity 173 SE-RG in the Velocity Force One, LLC. Prefer the new co-owner live within an hour of the airport, but not required.

  • Home airport is Temple, Texas, KTPL, Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport

    • Runway 16/34 - 7500 X 150 ft

    • Runway 3/21 - newly extended and new taxiways - 4740 X 100

    • Full active fire department

    • Reasonable fuel and oil cost

    • Brand new well equiped and nicely furnished FBO

    • Large hangar with lots of room for Velocity, tools, storage, and other ameninities, like fully lighting and power outlets. Rolling doors on hangar with combo lock.

Partnership Details

Who pays insurance?

John covers yearly liability and hull insurance costs for the life time of the new partnership and co-ownership of the LLC.

What training is included?

Current owner pays for the 15 hours of CFI training to for safety and to cover insurance cost requirements.

How are maintenance costs handled?
  1. A fixed $50 hourly fee covers engine overhaul, basic maintenance, and software subsriptions for avionics. May increase if necessary in the future if both LLC owners agree.

  2. Both owners share upgrades that are mutually approved50/50; Any owner may pay for improvements or upgrades themselves, but both parties have to agree to the install or perform the upgrades.

Who pays hangar fees?

Owner pays hangar fees for one year after new partner joins LLC. After 1 year from joining the LLC, the new co-owner would pay half (50%) of hangar fees. Currently this is around $200, may increase to $250 a month. So by a years time your cost would likey be around $125 a month.

What costs does partner cover?
  1. New co-owner pays for recurrent CFI training

    • Can be shared with current owner and other local Velocity pilots using Vic Taylor - Velocity's primary test fight pilot and CF

  2. New co-owners flight expenses. For example:

    • Fuel used

    • Engine Oil used,

    • Airport fees when traveling

    • Any other expenses that may occur as a result of their flying.

Is there support for aircraft inspections?

Optional - the Current Owner will cover the cost for LSRI inspection training for the new co-owner to assists with yearly condition checks. It's up to the new co-owner intrest in acquiring the certification & training and whether they want to assist with the yearly condition check.

Partnership Summary

Current Owner covers much of the costs including insurance, training, and hangar. Maintenance cost and operational cost are shared equally, 50/50, with both owners in clear & fair terms.
